The ordered product(s) will be delivered to the address that you have confirmed while placing the order. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept the delivery, the parcel will get returned to us. If you request for another delivery, the existing total bill will be added with another delivery charge and the new total bill for your order must be paid in advance through bKash or Nagad.
 
Usually, it takes 6-8 working days after order confirmation to complete the whole process up to the delivery. If we are unable to deliver the product(s) within 10-12 days of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund for any sum that has been paid by you for the order. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
 
All orders are accepted subject to the availability of the specific product(s). If any ordered product(s) is/are gets out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund in full any sum that has been paid by you.
