We process all deliveries through *Pathao Courier Home delivery Service *Other Reputed Courier Services (i.e Sundarban Courier and SA Paribahan).

We provide full cash on home delivery inside the areas under Dhaka City Corporation. But if you are ordering from Keraniganj, Jatrabari, Sutrapur, Nurer Chala, Dania, Matuail, Demra, Shonir Akhra, Uttarkhan, Dhakshinkhan, Ashkona, Gendaria or Doyaganj, Merul Badda, Purbachol and if it’s your first purchase from us, you are required to make 500 BDT advance payment to confirm your order.

If you are ordering from outside Dhaka (including Savar and Narayanganj), you have to make a minimum 500 BDT advance payment every time to confirm orders. The rest of the amount can be paid by cash on delivery (if available).

It takes approximately 5 to 7 working days inside Dhaka and 7 to 8 working days outside Dhaka to complete the whole processing up to the delivery.

You are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person while receiving the product. Let us know about any kind of issues or defect you may find in the product. If the product is defective or has a measurement issue, you can make a return or request for exchange instantly. Exchange or return option will be available only in case of any issues or defects (change of mind will be considered as void) and no complaint will be accepted once the delivery person is away from your location.

In case, you are not available at the delivery location, if possible, you are requested to collect the product by someone else.

If the delivery fails for up to three consecutive days, your parcel will get returned to us.

Then you have to give a double delivery charge and payment must be paid in advance through bkash/Nagad.

* If you receive damaged, defective or wrong product.
* If the product is not made according to your given measurements.
* In case, the ordered product is found out of stock but you have already made an advance payment.

Note: No refund request will be accepted for any customized order or color issue as color can be changed due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings.

We are unable to guarantee that the color you see on your screen will completely reflect the true color of the product ordered. A little variance in color is expected.

No, because we make products according to your given measurements, so please be 100% sure about the measurements (i.e. body size, long, sleeve length, actual height, regularly used kameez body).
